Michael P. O’Dwyer
Michael joined M.E. Hanahoe Solicitors in 2022, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in private client practice, with a particular focus on conveyancing, residential property transactions and probate matters.
Michael advises clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of property, mortgage transactions, certification of title and the acquisition of freehold interests. He has extensive experience guiding clients through the legal process involved in property transactions and works to ensure matters are handled efficiently and effectively from instruction to completion.
Michael also advises clients on probate and estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, applications for Grants of Probate, the administration of estates and the preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney. He works closely with clients and their families to provide practical advice and support during what can often be sensitive and complex circumstances.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 1986, Michael has spent his career practising with established Dublin law firms, developing significant expertise in property and probate law. His extensive experience and practical approach enable him to provide clients with clear, straightforward legal advice and a high level of personal service.
