Una joined the firm in 2016, having previously run her own practice for many years and also having worked in a number of commercial firms.

Una specialises in conveyancing and probate at M.E. Hanahoe. Together with Tony Hanahoe in the firm’s Property Department, she represents clients in sales, mortgages and purchases of all types of property. Whether dealing with a second-hand home, a new build, apartment, local authority house or rural property, Una will provide an attentive and professional service, with a view to navigating the client smoothly through what can be a very stressful time.

She also acts in commercial property transactions, including leases of stand-alone properties and of units in managed business centres.

In cases of bereavement, Una accepts instructions for probate and administration of estates. She advises on succession and inheritance law and is skilled in drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and other important life-decision documentation.
